Iraqi President receives a delegation

A delegation of the Iraqi Communist Party headed by the Secretary of the Central Committee, Comrade Hamid Majeed Mousa, visited the Iraqi President Mr. Jalal Talabani.
The meeting discussed the political situation and developments in the electoral process and its campaigns, and the importance of provincial councils in shaping the future of the Iraqi state, as well as providing services and working with the Iraqi citizens.
Iraqi CP's delegation included comrades Mufid Al-Jazairy, Mohamed Jassim Al-Labban, Dr. Hassan Akif, Dr. Izzet Abu Al-Timmen and Jassim Al-Hilfi. The meeting was attended by Dr. Barham Salih, Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid and Kamiran Qardaghi.
